Copify is a Shopify application that enables merchants to migrate and sync data between Shopify stores. This includes products, customers, orders, and other store data. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your Shopify account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our application
• Comply with Shopify's Terms of Service

4. Data Handling

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all your store data. By using Copify, you grant us permission to access and process your Shopify store data solely for the purpose of providing our migration services.

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is displayed within the application and may be subject to change. Payments are processed through Shopify's billing system. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Copify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the service at your own risk.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the service at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify store.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
