Will my original store be affected?

No, Copify only reads data from your source store. We never modify or delete any data in your original store. Your source store remains completely unaffected.

Can I migrate specific products or categories?

Yes! Copify allows you to select specific products, collections, or categories to migrate. You have full control over what data gets transferred.

Is my data secure during migration?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption (AES-256) for all data in transit and at rest. Your data is temporarily processed and never permanently stored on our servers.

What happens if the migration fails?

Our system automatically handles errors and can retry failed items. If issues persist, our support team is available to help resolve them. No partial data will be left on your destination store.

Can I sync changes continuously?

Yes, with our Pro plan, you can enable real-time sync to keep both stores updated automatically. Changes in the source store are reflected in the destination store within minutes.

Do you migrate customer passwords?

For security reasons, Shopify doesn't allow access to customer passwords. Customers will need to reset their passwords or use the forgot password feature on your new store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin under Apps > Copify > Settings, or by uninstalling the app. No long-term commitments required.
