Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from within the Shopify App dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.
What counts as a 'record'?
A record is any individual data entity — a product, a customer, or an order. Variants count as separate records from their parent product.
Is there a free trial?
Starter, Growth and Pro include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required to start. The $5 Micro add-on has no trial.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Copify will notify you before you hit your limits and recommend an upgrade. Syncs are never silently dropped — you are always in control.
How do extra stores work?
The $5 Micro plan is the expansion unit. Add one Micro for each extra store you want to connect: every Micro is $5 USD per month and brings another 100 records with it. A $49.99 Starter plus two Micro stores is $59.99 a month with 5,200 records.
